Pardon me if I missed any. =P
As much as I love Silver version, I'm going to halfta vote for generation one, since Red version was the first game I ever beat... and I'm pretty sure it taught me to read.

I voted for the first generation, mainly because it is the generation that started it all! Nothing beats the classic 151 Pokemon, either.
